On Saturday, May 3, the City Committee for a Better Environment will be hosting a neighborhood cleanup!

When:
Saturday, May 3, 2014

Time and Place to Meet:
9:30 am at Hollywood Park (on 53rd Avenue, by the Metro)

Our Goals:
Cleanup. Walk down 53rd Ave from the park. Pick up trash along 53rd Ave towards Greenbelt Metro Station and proceed right to Lackawanna Street and along Narragansett parkway. Make a right at Edgewood Road and end back at Hollywood Park.

What to Wear and Bring:
Wear long pants, long-sleeved shirts, and shoes that you don’t mind getting dirty. Wear or bring knee-high boots in case you need them. If you have a reusable water bottle, please bring it; we’ll supply the water.

We’ll Supply:
Light refreshments, bags for trash, and gloves.
