Canning and Preserving Workshop

Join the Committee for a Better Environment and College Park resident Christiane Williams, who will demonstrate the tried and true techniques of canning and preserving summer’s bounty at a hands-on workshop at the Old Parrish House on September 7th, from 9am to noon. The kitchen only has room for 12 participants, so register early, although others can attend to listen and learn. See this flyer and below for other details.
